Stephanie came to Iyengar yoga after years of severe back pain, trying many forms of rehabilitation and eventually having surgery. While her healed back has become a testament to the power of the practice, physical benefit doesn’t encapsulate the true value of her Iyengar Yoga journey. Her practice is fuelled by a commitment to live healthfully and without pain. Her teaching is fuelled by pure gratitude. Stephanie’s classes are informative, precise and empowering. In addition to general classes, Stephanie also teaches Yoga for Seniors and Multiple Sclerosis and regularly assists in back care, special practices/special needs. She has made two study trips to Pune.
